8. Limitation of Liability
a. Tandem Crystals is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use Imagecogni, including but not limited to errors, interruptions, defects, delays, computer viruses, or other issues.
b. Tandem Crystals is not responsible for any loss of data or damage to user files during the optimization process.

 
9. Termination
